Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing our candle and air freshener products. We strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. If you experience any issue with your order, please review the return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or leaking when delivered.
- The wrong item was received.
- The product has major manufacturing defects.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging may be required for verification.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
- The product has been used, opened, or tampered with.
- Fragrance preference issues (scent not liked) since candles and air fresheners are personal preference products.
- The return request is made after the allowed reporting period.
- Minor variations in color, packaging, or scent intensity, which may occur due to batch production.
3. Return Request Process
To request a return:
- Send an email to salespure2008@gmail.com.
- Include the following details:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos showing the issue
After verification, return instructions will be provided.
4. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds are usually issued within 5–7 business days after approval.
- The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- In some cases, a replacement product may be offered instead of a refund if the item is available.
5. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect item, the return shipping cost will be covered.
- For other approved returns, shipping charges may not be refundable.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
7. Important Notes
- Customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery.
- Any damage to the outer packaging should be reported immediately with photos.
- Return requests that do not meet the above conditions may not be approved.
